Staff Posts

If you are looking for a change of job or career, or simply want to try something different for a season...... then check out our staff posts below.

We are recruiting volunteers willing to serve in a variety of areas on our staff.

Some of our staff posts are for periods of between 3 and 6 months. Some are longer term.

If you would like to apply to come and help us then please fill out our Volunteer Application.   If you have any questions about our organization or anything else - please read the information for volunteers and then if you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

We are currently recruiting staff volunteers to work in one or more of the following specific areas:

Internships

We are looking for a male intern to be mentored by Lee Saville, the founder and President of NetWorks.  This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to do on-the-job training in a fast moving and widely varied ministry.

Lee is a 52 year old, British Citizen and non-practising Solicitor to the Supreme Court in the United Kingdom.  He became a Christian when he first encountered the power of God at TACF.  In 1996 Lee felt called by the Lord to give up his role as managing partner in a 200 year old commercial law firm and begin working with street children and the poorest of the poor in Romania.

In 1996 together with a Romanian citizen, Lee established a Non Profit organisation with the specific aims of reaching out to street children and over the period from 1996 to January 2004 that organisation established a number of childrens homes and training projects and a drop in center for street children.  In 1997 Lee became a youth pastor in a local church in Arad.  In 2001 the Lord began to widen Lee’s vision and together with a group of men committed to helping the poor, established the Non Profit Association NetWorks.

The intern will be working with Lee on a daily basis and will be directly responsible to him.

This is an appointment for a period of 1 year. The intern will be assisting Lee who manages and leads a diverse and multifunctional organization.  This will inevitably include some general administration. It is an ideal post for someone who is entrepreneurial with some computer skills and good communication skills.  The intern will also have the opportunity to be involved in any, or all, areas of our organisation according to their specific gifting, this would include opportunities for preaching and the leading of bible studies (which would in some cases need to be translated) as well as ministering in the gifts of the Spirit.  The intern should note however that some opportunities for ministry may be limited by the interns lack of knowledge of the Romanian language. All of our missions team are involved in serving in practical work of some kind alongside their area of ministry.

Ideally the intern will be a person with vision and with an anointing for leadership and a heart for mission and church planting. Due to the diversity of our work they will need to be flexible and able to deal with a fast pace of work.  They must be patient and willing to serve others above themselves.  It will be important for the intern to be relatively independent, and self motivated, as although we are committed to inputting into all our staff and volunteers, on the mission field there are limited opportunities for volunteers to receive personal ministry and healing.
